Stored on the shelves of my memory
My thoughts are in perfect array
My life runs smooth like a highway
billboards show mw the way
My way of life has the glamour
of an artificial neon ad
for a complete shopping list
Arrylic colours oscillate my eyes
when i walk down a drugstore aisle
My time my time i love my time
my time has something mare
my time's the best there's ever been
my time i love my time
thank you my time
Stored on the shelves of my memory
My thoughts are in perfect array
While i'm joggimg on a rolling tray
I love my weekends in the pure air
On the heights of the Eiffel tower
my time has something more
my time's the best there's ever been
my time i love my time
thank you my time
billboards show rnw the way
My love stories have the flavour
of a swiss made digital watch
When i have to know what to love
I recall my stored data
my time has something more
my time's the best there's ever been
my time i love my time
thank you my time
My thoughts are still like a photo
In the hall of a Hilton hotel
My reflex actions are mechanized
Like japanese camera tourists
Happily milling in Bloorningdales
shooting the beautiful symbols
Quite Still
I watch the outlines of thoughts
While around shallow words i speak and hear
Move but don't interfere
Swayng curves
Like arms moving slow and precise
A point where the light starts dripping down
While the radio speaks out
I run my finger along my thoughts
My mind sweeping with geometrical force
Remote image, yet so close
Sliding trought memory
Defining my days like laser beams
Deep looks
Surfacing voice on the phone
But my thought is a sharp as an ad
Reaching the target precise
Flue image
Hallucinating my life
Like celluloid loves
While i watch
Alone my flat N set
I run my finger along my thoughts
My mind sweeping with geometrical force
Remote image, yet so close
Sliding trought memory
Defining my days like laser beams
I watch the outlines of thoughts
While around shallow words i speak and hear
Move but don't interfere
Swayng curves

Play time, sport time
Pure joy for body and mind
Pick up the sport
You want to try just now
This is the centre of sport
A pleasure place
This is the centre of the sport
Pick up the pace
A flash of light
Tells me: canoe is free
The art is pure and mild
It's blown by fans
I take my quick canoe
Of yellow plastic
On artificial lake
I raw elastic
Developing my skills
With an even flow
My mind's aloof
My sight is sharp
I learn a glad art
I think at ease
I'm always monitored
Play time, sport time
Pure joy for body and mind
I climb, quaintrocks
Small Alps for mountaineering
My climber's glance is lost
in a fake sky
Fresh and pure mountain breeze
iks air conditioned
Developing my skills
With an even flaw
My mind's aloof
My sight is sharp
I learn a glad art
I think at ease
I'm always monitored
Displacement is apparent
Gliding is a Game
My mind's aloof
My sight is sharp
I learn a glad art

Find Your Way
While having dinner at the plaza with Borges
He told me what a bore's Gertrude Stein
When Freud forced me to listen ti his dreams
Dear Jung Always cried behind the door
At the Caffe' Greco with Giorgio De Chirico
A' le Pirat with Pablo Picasso
Whit metaphysics and the period of pink
Just a mixture of coffee and painting all in avant-garde
Find your way, find your way
Our thinking-tanks need new minds day to day
Find your way, find your way
Our thinking-tanks need new minds day to day
And the first Campbell that i gave to Andy Warhol
Assured his today and will assure his tomorrow
When Norbert Wiener ran across cybernetics
I could tell straight away it would bring him far away
Gettin a tan on the beach with Einstein
Writing equations of sand in the sunshine
And when the fogs of october thus reached us
I then was at the head of the Strike with Einstein
Talking nonsense around Dublin with Joyce
We realized syntax was a wonderful toy
And when the medium got changed into message
I helped Marshal Mac Luhan to spread the news right away
Find your way, find your way
Our thinking-tanks need new minds day to day
Find your way, find your way
Our thinking-tanks need new minds day to day
Portrait
He suits every taste
Mysterious as a tV quiz
He's a type-written sheet
Transparent as a clear champagne
He is not subjects to moods
And he sparkles like soda drinks
he's so cool as pure air conditioning in my car
He's beside me like white long stripes on a two-way road
He's so mild and refreshing exciting a multiple choice

Receptive as few
Antenna sensing deep thoughts
His voice sounds so soft
Like speakers in an airport
But he loves paper planes
And his happiness is a stright line
He's so evenly smooth a glance easily slides on him
His heart is so sweet as a date on an ice cream cone
he's the square root of lightness
and deepness resulting in joy

What ever happened to Ann Steel?
Chi ha notizie si faccia avanti...
